Restaurant Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in to the Mathership restaurant portal. It gives you quick access to your vendors, ordering workflows, inventory tools, and settings.

Vendor overview

The main dashboard shows the vendors connected to your restaurant company. Each vendor card gives you access to that vendor’s product catalog, where you can browse products, add items to your basket, and place an order.

Main actions

From the dashboard, you can:

• Select a vendor and start an order
• Open your own inventory catalog
• Place orders across multiple vendors
• Access inventory management
• Open account and company settings

Ordering from a vendor

To place an order from a specific vendor:

1. Select the vendor from the dashboard
2. Browse the vendor’s product catalog
3. Add products to your shopping basket
4. Review and submit your order

Navigation contexts

The dashboard and navigation may change depending on your current context.

Default dashboard

Shows your connected vendors and gives you access to ordering.

​

Vendor context

After selecting a vendor, the navigation shows vendor-specific options:

• Order: Browse and order products from this vendor
• History: View previous orders from this vendor

My Inventory

Use My Inventory to manage your own products and internal product catalog.

​

Multi-order

Use Multi-order to place orders across multiple vendors in one workflow.
