Inventory Dashboard
The inventory dashboard gives you a quick overview of your current stock situation. It helps you see which ingredients are low, what has recently changed in inventory, how stock is distributed, and which vendor orders still need to be transferred into inventory. What the dashboard shows
The dashboard combines several inventory sections in one place:- Critical stock
- Recent inventory movements
- Storage composition
- Untransferred orders
- Active inventory alerts
Critical stock
The critical stock section shows ingredients with low or depleted stock. For each item, Mathership can show:- Ingredient name
- Storage unit
- Current quantity
- Base unit
- Status, such as low or depleted
- Packaging breakdown, if available
Recent inventory movements
Recent movements show the latest inventory ledger entries across your storage units. This can include movements such as:- Received goods
- Stock issues
- Waste
- Transfers
- Stock count adjustments
Storage composition
Storage composition shows how your inventory is distributed by ingredient. This helps you understand which ingredients make up the largest share of your current stock. You can use this section to review:- Ingredient quantities
- Percentage share of total inventory
- Base units
- Packaging information, if available
Untransferred orders
Untransferred orders are vendor orders that have not yet been fully transferred into inventory. This section helps you find orders where one or more products still need to be received or posted to stock. For each order, Mathership may show:- Vendor name
- Order number
- Order status
- Order date
- Number of items
- Items already transferred
- Items still pending
- Delivery location
An order can appear here when products have been ordered, but not all items have been received into inventory yet.
Active inventory alerts
Active alerts show inventory alerts that are currently still relevant. An alert can appear when an ingredient is below or above a configured threshold. Alerts can help you monitor:- Minimum stock levels
- Maximum stock levels
- Ingredients that need attention
- Storage-specific stock problems
