Account

Use the account settings to manage your personal login details and basic account preferences. Account settings are linked to your user login. Company details, delivery locations, vendors, and order settings are managed in their own settings pages.

What you can manage

In account settings, you can:
  • Update your personal profile details
  • Change your password
  • Select your platform language
  • Reset your password if you cannot log in
  • Verify your email address after registration

Profile information

Your profile contains the personal details connected to your login. Depending on your account type, this may include:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Selected language
  • User role
Your email address is used for login and account-related messages. Company contact details, such as business name, address, phone number, and notification email, are managed in the relevant company settings.

Language

You can select the language used in the platform. The selected language can affect:
  • Interface texts
  • System messages
  • Order emails
  • Password and verification emails

Change language

To change your language:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Open Account
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. Save the change
The new language is saved to your user account.

Password

You can change your password from inside your account. To change your password, you need to enter:
  • Your current password
  • Your new password

Change password

To change your password:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Open Account
  3. Go to the password section
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Save the change
After changing your password, use the new password the next time you log in.

Password reset

If you cannot log in, use the password reset option on the login page. The system sends a password reset email to your account email address.

Reset your password

To reset your password:
  1. Open the login page
  2. Click Forgot password or Reset password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Open the reset email
  5. Follow the reset link
  6. Enter a new password
The reset link must be valid when you use it. If the link has expired, request a new one.

Email verification

After registration, you may need to verify your email address. The system sends a verification email with a verification link.

Verify your email

To verify your email:
  1. Open the verification email
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Log in after the account has been activated
If your account is not activated, login may be blocked until the email address is verified.

Account access

Your account role determines what areas you can access. Common roles are:
  • Customer: Manages ordering, delivery locations, vendors, and customer-side settings
  • Vendor: Manages products, customers, incoming orders, and vendor-side settings
Some settings pages are only available for the relevant role.
