The top products report helps vendors see which products are ordered most often. Use this report to understand product demand, review popular items, and identify products that may need extra attention in purchasing, stock planning, or catalog maintenance.

What are top products?

Top products are the products with the highest ordering activity for a vendor company. The report shows a short list of the most ordered products for the selected vendor company.

Who can access top products?

The top products report is available to vendor users. A vendor can only view top products for their own vendor company.
Vendors cannot view top product reports for another vendor company.

What the report shows

The report can include product information such as:

Common problems

Product does not appear

Vendor cannot access the report

  • The user is logged in
  • The user has the vendor role
  • The vendor company belongs to the logged-in user

Only a few products are shown

This is expected. The report is designed to show top products, not every product.

Product information looks incomplete

Check the product record and update missing information such as product number, packaging, price, image, or availability.
