Customer details help vendors review the information stored for a connected customer. Use this page when you want to check a customer’s company information, delivery locations, or customer number.What are customer details?
Customer details show the information connected to a customer relationship. A customer detail view can include:- Customer company name
- Customer email address
- Phone number
- Street and street number
- Postal code
- City
- Customer number
- Delivery locations
This page is for vendor accounts. Restaurants manage their own company and delivery location information in the restaurant settings.
When to use customer details
Use customer details when you want to:- Review a connected customer
- Check the customer’s contact information
- View the customer’s delivery locations
- Confirm or update a customer number
- Make sure the customer is linked to the correct vendor company
- Prepare order processing or delivery planning

Viewing customer details
To view customer details:- Go to Vendors
- Open your vendor company
- Go to Customers
- Select a customer
- Open the customer detail page
Customer information
The customer detail view can show:| Field | Meaning |

Delivery locations
Customer details can include the customer’s delivery locations. Delivery locations are used when orders are placed and delivered. A delivery location can represent places such as:- Main restaurant
- Bar
- Kitchen
- Branch location
- Warehouse
- Event location
Delivery locations belong to the customer company. Vendors can view them in the customer detail context, but customers manage their own delivery locations.
Customer numbers
A customer number is the number a vendor uses to identify a customer in their own system. Examples:| Customer | Customer number |

Updating a customer number
Vendors can update the customer number for an existing customer relationship. To update a customer number:- Open Customers
- Select the customer
- Open Customer Details
- Edit the customer number
- Save the change
Customer relationship required
A vendor can only view customer details when a relationship exists between the vendor company and the customer company. If no relationship exists, the customer detail page is not available. This protects customer data and prevents vendors from accessing unrelated customer companies.Vendor access
Only vendor users can access vendor-side customer details. If a user is not logged in as a vendor, access is blocked.Example: View customer details

Best practices
Keep customer numbers consistent
Use the same customer number that exists in your accounting, ERP, or delivery system. This helps avoid mismatches when processing orders.Check delivery locations before delivery

Customer details do not open
Check that:- You are logged in as a vendor
- The selected vendor company belongs to your account
- The customer is connected to your vendor company
- The customer relationship exists
Customer number is missing
This can happen when:- The customer was added without a customer number
- The customer followed you from the catalog
- The invitation did not include a customer number
- The number has not been entered yet
Delivery locations are missing
Check that:- The customer has created delivery locations
- The customer company is correct
- The relationship is with the right customer company
Customer information is outdated
Customer company information is managed by the customer. Ask the customer to update their profile or delivery location settings if needed.Cannot update customer number
Check that:- You are logged in as a vendor
- The customer relationship is active
- The customer belongs to your vendor company
- A valid customer number was entered
