Viewing Orders

The Orders page displays all customer orders organized by status tabs, allowing you to easily view and manage orders at different stages of fulfillment.

Accessing Orders

Navigate to Orders in the main menu to view your order list.

Order Status Tabs

Orders are organized into tabs based on their current status:

• Eingegangen: Newly received orders
• Confirmed: Orders that have been confirmed
• Prepared: Orders that are being prepared
• Delivered: Orders that are out for delivery
• Completed: Finished orders

Click on any tab to view orders in that particular status.

Order List

Within each status tab, you’ll see a list of orders. Each order displays:

• Order number
• Customer information
• Order details
• Total amount

Viewing Order Details

To view the complete details of an order:

1. Click on the order in the list
2. The order details page will open showing:
   • Complete item list with quantities
   • Customer information
   • Delivery address
   • Order totals

Updating Order Status

You can change an order’s status using drag and drop:

1. Click and hold on an order
2. Drag it to a different status tab
3. Drop it on the desired status tab
4. The order status will update automatically

This allows you to quickly move orders through different stages:

• Move new orders from Eingegangen to Confirmed after reviewing them
• Move confirmed orders to Prepared when ready
• Move prepared orders to Delivered when sent out
• Move delivered orders to Completed when finished

Order Management

The orders page provides a simple way to:

• See all orders organized by their status
• Quickly identify what stage each order is in
• Move orders between statuses by dragging and dropping
• Access detailed order information by clicking on orders
